Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique used to access the subconscious mind and address issues by bypassing the conscious resistance. The subconscious mind is where habitual patterns, beliefs, or emotions may be at odds with our conscious desires or goals. For example: 15% of your brain (the conscious part of your mind) may desire to quit smoking, but the remaining 85% of your brain (the subconscious part of your mind) is screaming for nicotine.
